<description>I am so excited to find your website. I was recently living in LA and I had such a hard time getting my computer to keep the BYU station playing (old Computer I think) Any way I had looked to see if you had a website and I could not find one at that time I wanted to order a CD so that I didn&#039;t have to rely on the computer. Thank you thank you, that you have this website and I am ordering the CD today. I was also so excited to see the exercises were listed out for the stability ball exercises. I am 60 years old and realize the importance in keeping fit. My body just is so much more flexible so thank you Deni for all your work and dedication!!!!!!

I have been doing yoga through your program on BYU TV since April of 2008. Due to some back problems and a stiff hip from a recreational accident, I wasn&#039;t able to just get up off the ground (sometimes I needed help) if I was say resting on a blanket or at a picnic on a blanket. I have never been one to be over weight so I feel the back problems came from not being in SHAPE so one day I saw your yoga program and I began. It was the best thing I could have done. Sometimes I had to FORCE myself to do the yoga workout, but it definitely paid-off. By September of 2008 I was able to get up off the ground anytime I wanted. The low back pain was gone and remains gone to this day. My stiff hip is unnoticeable as long as I do the yoga on a regular bases. By that I mean I will take a break ever once in awhile and I do intermix with the stability ball, it is so fun to use. I also mix the weight lifting with the stability ball exercises.

I didn&#039;t mean to talk on and on. I need to go and run some errands. Take Care
