I've got a question concerning using weights. I use your program to work out 6 days a week. However, I'm unsure if I need to put a day in between working out with weights or be careful not to use the same muscle groups 1 day after the other.

I'd also like to say thanks for being such a good example and inspiration toward what my 56 year old body can eventually (hopefully) achieve. I've worked out regularly for years but find flexibility and endurance increasingly difficult or fleeting goals. Doing the yoga has helped quite a bit and I really enjoy that along with all your other work outs. I love your enthusiasm and quality of programs. Thanks for all you do.
