First THANK YOU!! So much for your show!! Being a mom of 6 young children and living out in the country - trips to the gym (like there is one) would be only happen in my dreams. Your show brought more growth, variety, and fun into my daily workouts.

I HAVE to do some kind of excercise every day (except Sunday). It does wonders for my mood and energy level. I'm just cranky and more tired on days that I don't.

What I like to do is the cardio/strength, on alternate days with jogging and yoga in between- never doing two hard workouts in a row. But I wonder if this is the way to do it- I want to become stronger not weaker as you say. My goal on "easy" workout days is just sweat and feel good. I love a comfortable jog the day after a hard workout session. And what I have been doing is just listening to my body, but the need to do something physical everyday before getting into my Mommy Day is an absolute must for me.

Am I following a good plan?
