Hi Linda! Keep doing a restorative yoga, but I would love to see you in the water as well. When I had my health issues it was yoga and water that I did to rehabilitate. So fantastic and we stay strong.
Keep up your great work!!

I have been watching and excercising along with some of Deni Preston's Total Body Workout programs in Austin, Texas during past year following Total Knee Replacement surgery. They have helped greatly in my recovery, although at 1 1/2 yeads post op, there is still heat and some swelling. My main question involves my ability to keep up with some classes. I am 65 and have always been very active, but I do struggles to keep up sometimes. Any advice, and/or any programs that may be better suited to my age group. Thank you for this opportunity to respond. Hope to hear back.
